During our weeks of navigation into and through the Medicare system, prior to our contacting Texas Medicare Advisors, we were daunted by an overwhelming feeling of information overload coupled with a complete lack of clarity. Upon reaching out to Texas Medicare Advisors, we were greeted with a very timely follow-up email containing an informational video, as well as the steps to continue with them if we would so choose. I found them on google and liked what i saw int he referals. I tried them out and was pleasently suprised at how attenative and informing they were. I was dealing with a complex medicare issue for a few weeks on my own before i called, and after the first meeting, I knew I made the right choice!

I consider myself reasonably intelligent, but decoding the mysteries of Medicare, Supplemental Plans, Advantage Plans...the letters all start running together.
